Wake Before Sunrise
Brahma muhurta (about 90 minutes before sunrise) is the ideal wake time.
Tongue Scraping
A copper or stainless steel scraper, used gently from back to front, 7-14 times.
Oil Pulling
1 tbsp sesame or coconut oil, swished in the mouth for 5-10 minutes.
Warm Water with Lemon
Reset digestion gently — never ice cold.
Abhyanga (Self-massage)
Warm sesame oil massage before bath, especially in colder months.
