We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or expired
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is significantly different from what was described
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used herbal products — for hygiene and safety reasons
- Customized or personalized gem orders (e.g. specific carat requests, energized stones)
- Sale or clearance items marked as "final sale"
- Combo packs if any item has been opened
- Products without original packaging or labels
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email orders@shubhsupplies.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and clear photos of the product showing the issue.

- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
- If approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup (free for damaged/wrong items).
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll initiate the refund.
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD orders: refunded via UPI/bank transfer within 5–7 business days after we receive your bank details.
- Shipping fees (₹79) are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.
- COD handling fees (₹49) are non-refundable.
5. Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is shipped from your Account page or by contacting us. Once an order is shipped, it can only be returned per the policy above.
- If you cancel before payment is captured (Razorpay/PhonePe), no charge is made.
- If payment was already captured, refund follows the timeline in section 4.
- COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch with no charge.
6. Exchanges
We don't currently process direct exchanges. To swap a product: return the original (per policy) and place a new order. This ensures faster processing for both.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the outer packaging AND the damaged product before opening further.
- Email us within 48 hours with these photos.
- We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund — your choice.
8. Quality Disputes
Our herbs are lab-tested and sourced ethically. If you believe a product's quality is below standard:
- Send us the product batch number (printed on packaging) and clear photos.
- We may request an unused sample for our quality team's review.
- Genuine quality issues are honored with full refund + return shipping covered.
