1. Shipping Areas
We ship across India only — to all PIN codes serviced by Shiprocket. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499 (anywhere in India)
- Flat rate of ₹79 on orders below ₹499
- COD fee: ₹49 additional on Cash on Delivery orders (max ₹5,000)
3. Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2 PM IST are usually dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays/holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- You will receive an email and WhatsApp notification with tracking ID once shipped.
4. Delivery Time
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote / hilly areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners and may vary due to weather, festivals, or local disruptions.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you can track your order:
- From your My Account page
- Using the tracking link sent via email/WhatsApp
- By entering your order ID on our Track page
6. Failed Delivery / Address Issues
- Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address. Incomplete addresses may result in returns.
- If our courier is unable to deliver after 3 attempts, the package is returned to us. Re-shipping will incur additional charges.
- For COD orders refused on delivery, our right to charge a handling/re-stocking fee is reserved on future orders to the same customer.
7. Lost Packages
In the rare event your package is lost in transit:
- Wait 7 business days from the expected delivery date
- Contact us — we'll initiate an investigation with the courier
- If declared lost, we'll re-ship or full-refund at no additional charge
8. Packaging
All products are carefully packaged in tamper-evident, moisture-resistant materials. Gemstones are packaged in protective pouches with energizing intent. If your package arrives with damaged outer packaging, photograph it before opening and contact us per our Return Policy.
